Lee Health is hiring an Operating Room RN in Fort Myers for a full-time day shift. The role involves delivering and documenting nursing care through the full nursing process, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes, and adhering to all regulatory standards.

Requirements include Florida RN licensure, 2+ years OR experience, and BLS; ACLS as required by department. Relocation incentive and housing stipend are available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• RN with two years or more of Operating Room experience required.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; Associates or Bachelors preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and document patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate nursing care with other professionals to ensure effective patient outcomes.
• Adhere to Florida Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards while maintaining patient safety and quality care.
