Job summary

Lee Health is seeking an OR RN for HealthPark Medical Center in Fort Myers, FL. This full-time position runs Shift 1: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM and involves delivering nursing care in the operating room setting, leveraging the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Florida with 2+ years of OR experience, BLS (and ACLS where required), and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• RN with two years or more of current Operating Room experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required.
• Proof of American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required; ACLS where unit requires.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate care with other professional disciplines to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Provide patient care in alignment with Florida Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
