Job summary

Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL, seeks an Endoscopy nurse for a full-time position. You will be responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care using the nursing process, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and aligning with nursing standards and state regulations.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS/ACLS as applicable, and experience according to department addendums. Relocation incentive and a housing stipend are offered to qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Florida nursing license required.
• BLS/ACLS certifications as applicable per unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care and document using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Adhere to the Florida Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards; provide professional development and leadership as needed.
