Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current California RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR and ACLS at hire; ART within 6 months.
• 5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years inpatient acute care IMU/Trauma.
• Charge nurse or other formal nursing leadership experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies and performance evaluation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff providing clinical patient care and ensures quality delivery.
• Assists administration with personnel, fiscal, and materials management.
• Serves as a resource to staff, physicians, students, and others; coordinates patient care across units.
