• Partner with OR Medical Director and physicians to expand Surgical Services.
• Drive quality, safety, and Magnet culture initiatives across departments.
• Lead workforce development, governance, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to promote service excellence and stakeholder engagement.
