Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a FAO Schwarz Toy Specialist in Dallas to blend premium retail selling with interactive experiences. You will guide guests through personalized journeys, book and facilitate appointments, and adapt as experiences evolve throughout the year.

The role requires strong sales instincts, engaging presence, and the ability to work with a rotating collection of FAO brand experiences. You will wear a provided uniform and support with stock tasks while delivering memorable guest

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a fast-paced premium retail or experience-based environment preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal ability.
• Ability to perform in front of a large audience or one-on-one to drive sales.
• An engaging and theatrical personality that can captivate an audience in all environments.

Responsabilités

• Perform all in-house experiences consistently in line with established guidelines.
• Embody the cast of characters and wear provided uniform while delivering experiences.
• Engage guests using FAO Schwarz selling vision to drive sales and delight guests.
• Build authentic connections with guests and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Handle POS transactions and follow merchandising principles on the floor.
