Job summary

Merlin Entertainments is seeking a Custodian for LEGOLAND Discovery Center Arizona in Tempe to keep floors gleaming, restrooms stocked, and spills handled promptly in a dynamic attraction.

Shifts start early and include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will support opening/closing routines and collaborate with the technical team to ensure a magical guest experience at all times.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months cleaning experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bring a fun, dynamic personality that lights up the attraction.
• Excellent communication and motivation skills to keep the team and guests smiling.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep floors gleaming and restrooms stocked.
• Handle spills promptly and safely.
• Operate custodial tools and equipment with confidence.
• Assist with opening/closing routines and support the technical team when needed.
• Spot and report maintenance needs before they become issues.
