Greenawalt Hospitality is looking for friendly and dependable Premium Event Bartenders to work at Legion Field. This part-time role provides beverage service in premium areas such as suites, clubs, and VIP spaces, with flexible event-based scheduling.

From football games to concerts and special events, you’ll help create exceptional guest experiences by keeping stations organized, serving beverages, and collaborating with the hospitality team to maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Greenawalt Hospitality is looking for friendly and dependable Premium Event Bartenders to work at Legion Field. This position provides beverage service in premium areas such as suites, clubs, and VIP spaces, where guests expect attentive service and a high level of professionalism.

From football games and concerts to special events, you'll help create a great experience for guests by providing quality beverage service, keeping your station organized, and working closely with the rest of the hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities

Premium Beverage Service

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages following company procedures
• Check guest identification and follow all responsible alcohol service requirements
• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of beverages throughout service
• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests
• Keep service moving efficiently during busy periods

Bar Setup & Operations

• Prepare, stock, and organize premium beverage stations before each event
• Keep bars clean, organized, and properly supplied throughout service
• Monitor beverage products, ice, garnishes, cups, and other supplies
• Communicate restocking needs to the appropriate team member
• Assist with closing the bar, cleaning the workspace, and putting away equipment after events

Guest Experience

• Provide attentive service to guests in suites, clubs, and premium seating areas
• Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere throughout the event
• Respond to guest requests and questions promptly and courteously
• Address minor guest concerns appropriately and involve a lead or manager when needed
• Represent Greenawalt Hospitality in a positive and professional manner

Teamwork & Event Support

• Work alongside Bar Leads, Event Managers, and other hospitality staff
• Communicate effectively with teammates during busy service periods
• Step in to help coworkers when guest volume or event needs increase
• Assist with general event setup and breakdown when required
• Adapt to changes in schedules, guest needs, and event operations

Professional Standards & Compliance

• Complete required company orientation and training
• Obtain and maintain ServSafe Alcohol Certification through the company
• Follow Legion Field requirements, company procedures, alcohol regulations, and safety policies
• Maintain dependable attendance and professional conduct
• Take pride in providing consistent, high-quality service at every event

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
• Available for Legion Field events, including game days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Reliable transportation to assigned shifts
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
• Comfortable working in busy, high-energy environments
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
• Reliable access to a phone, text messaging, and email for scheduling and event communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Bartending experience in stadiums, clubs, restaurants, hotels, bars, or entertainment venues
• Experience working in suites, VIP areas, clubs, or other premium guest environments
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash or card transactions
• Friendly, dependable personality with an interest in hospitality and customer service

Compensation

$12.00 per hour, plus opportunities for tips and gratuities.

Mileage and travel reimbursement may be available for certain qualifying events.
