Job Description

The Line Cook works as part of the kitchen team to prepare food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They are responsible for keeping their areas and stations organized and clean while following sanitation and safety standards as outlined.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare food items in a sanitary, consistent, and timely manner.
2. Follow recipes, controls, portions, and presentation standards as specified by the company.
3. Receive and put away food deliveries promptly, maintaining organization and proper rotation in food storage areas.
4. Accommodate guest needs regarding allergies or food aversions.
5. Complete daily tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager on Duty.
6. Communicate clearly and efficiently with back of house and front of house teammates to foster a productive working environment.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.
