Responsibilities

• Serve as lead engineer and SME for macOS laptops and Apple client devices in a DoD environment.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise macOS and iOS configurations using MDM solutions.
• Ensure all Apple endpoints are compliant with DoD security standards, including DISA STIGs and RMF requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain secure macOS and iOS baseline configurations and build standards.
• Perform system hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation for Apple devices.
• Provide Tier III engineering and troubleshooting support for macOS and iOS-related issues.
