Job summary

You will design multi‑process architecture, work with Swift/Objective‑C, lead reviews, mentor engineers, and shape release readiness for an on‑device AI platform that emphasizes privacy and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with native macOS
• Proven ownership of a complex multi‑process macOS app
• Experience shipping production macOS apps using Swift/Obj‑C
• Strong background in security models, sandboxing and notarization
• Familiarity with Mac App Store distribution and Developer ID

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture of a native macOS multi‑process app.
• Design and implement core platform components using Swift/Obj‑C where appropriate.
• Architect and build XPC services with secure inter‑process communication.
• Define process boundaries, interfaces, security models and performance constraints.
• Develop and maintain background services, launch agents and daemons.
• Lead architecture reviews, code reviews and major technical decisions.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical hiring decisions.
