Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineer III for the Content Development team in the Endpoint Protection area to research and implement macOS security features integrated into the Falcon sensor.

You will work with macOS engineers across platforms, apply AI-enabled decision-making, and own delivery from concept to release while ensuring performance and reliability in a distributed, global team.

Qualifications

• Strong macOS expertise including processes, storage, networking, and memory management.
• Experience in threat detection, reverse engineering, malware analysis or on-device development.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, production-grade software and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build detection logic and systems used across teams to detect cyber attackers and stop breaches.
• Research techniques for detecting malicious activity, including reverse engineering and big-data analysis.
• Own features from design to delivery, turning them into production-level endpoint sensor solutions.
• Extend codebase using Swift, C++, Python and related DSLs as appropriate.
• Apply secure coding, testing paradigms, debugging, performance optimization, CI/CD and OS internals practices.
