Job summary

CrowdStrike in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an Engineer III for the Content Development team to research and build production-scale macOS detection features for the Falcon sensor. You’ll blend research with delivery, extending code in Swift, C/C++, and Python, and collaborate across geographies to deliver secure, high-performance endpoint software.

A strong macOS internals background and security experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in reverse engineering, threat detection, malware analysis, or in software development with security focus.
• Proficiency in Swift or C/C++ (or Objective-C) with familiarity in security.

Responsibilities

• Design and build detection logic for macOS within the CrowdStrike Falcon sensor.
• Research techniques for detecting malicious activity and perform big-data analysis as needed.
• Own features from design to production, integrating with existing sensor code and other platforms.
• Extend codebase using Swift, C++, Python and related DSLs; maintain secure, tested code.
