Shift Details

Machinist Trainees will work on 2nd Shift (2:30-11pm), 3rd Shift (Sunday night start, 10:30PM-7AM), or weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, 5:00PM-5:00AM). Training on 1st shift (6:30AM - 3:00PM) is required for approximately 4-6 months.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with experienced machinists to learn machine operation and setup.
• Develop skills in CNC machine operation, setup, and adjustment.
• Use precision measuring devices and complete required paperwork.
• Participate in on- and off-site training to enhance trade knowledge.
• Grow in machining skills towards a Machinist position.
• Understand shop routings, materials, fixtures, tooling, and locations.
