Our Wisconsin Centrifugal Division, part of a renowned foundry, offers a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic work environment focused on continuous improvement and career growth.

We are seeking Machinist Trainees to work on 2nd Shift (2:30-11:00 PM) or 3rd Shift (Sunday night start, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Trainees will undergo approximately 4-6 months of first shift training (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) and may also work limited weekend shifts (Friday - Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM).

Responsibilities include working closely with experienced machinists, learning machine operation and setup, mastering skills such as CNC operation and adjustment, using precision measuring devices, completing paperwork, and participating in training to prepare for a machinist role. Trainees will gain knowledge of shop routings, materials, fixtures, tooling, and locations.

Requirements: Solid math skills, mechanical aptitude, flexibility in work hours for training, a strong desire to excel as a setup machinist, and a stable education/employment background. Experience in industrial arts or manufacturing is preferred.
