Job Requirements:

1. Set up, adjust, and operate tracer lathes, cutoff saws, and miscellaneous machining equipment for various machining operations with close tolerances.
2. Adjust speeds, feeds, and operational sequences within standard machining practices.
3. Work from routings, process sheets, and blueprints to perform roughing operations, selecting appropriate tools.
4. Ensure heat number traceability and maintain accurate operation records.
5. Perform machine clean-outs and general labor as needed.

Requirements:

2. Knowledge of shop math and blueprints.
3. Experience with precision measuring instruments.
4. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and perform repetitive heavy pushing and pulling.
