Job summary

Tenneco is hiring for an on-site manufacturing role focused on quality and precision in its lathes and Gundrills operations. You will read and interpret production instructions, monitor inspection equipment, and adjust tooling as needed to ensure conformance to specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality product and follow production specifications.
• Read routers and production schedules for product specifications (dimensions, tolerance, parts).
• Record inspection data and production information using forms and computer systems.
• Operate VSI lathes, VG lathes, gundrills, and hydromats.
• Work safely and adhere to health, safety, and quality policies.
• Complete Level 1 and Level 2 training with assessments.
