An established industry player is seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist Apprentice to join their team. This role involves hands-on setup, inspection, and operation of CNC machines, ensuring quality and precision in production. Candidates will attend part-time courses to enhance their skills while gaining practical experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong mechanical aptitude, teamwork abilities, and a commitment to quality. Curriculum must comply with MCTC’s CNC Machinist program. Actual courses will be negotiated between the employee and Stober Drives Inc, depending on course availability. If the employee has already completed a course successfully, they will receive credit and will not need to retake it.
The employee performs setup, inspection, and production duties on CNC Machine Tools aligned with production schedules and business needs. The role includes attending MCTC part-time as stipulated.
We reserve the right to hire a qualified machinist as an alternative to the apprentice position.
