You will inspect workmanship with precision tools and maintain shift records while ensuring safety and continuous improvement practices. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 5+ years of relevant experience, and ability to work 8–10 hour

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in skilled trades preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Stand for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Overtime opportunities possible.
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning) to start a production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings (speed, feed).
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools.
• Test operation of machines periodically.
• Fix issues that arise during the shift.
• Check outputs for defects and record results.
• Maintain activity logs and batch records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
