This position supports a 4x10 schedule and offers on-the-job training in a collaborative environment. We value precision, reliability, and teamwork as you machine parts from detailed drawings while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Basic shop math required.
• Geometric tolerancing knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to learn and operate multiple machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down projects on CNC and manual machines.
• Machine parts from blueprints and instructions.
• Safely operate CNC machines, manual equipment, and cranes.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Support training and continuous improvement.
