The Noranco Deer Valley and Jet Processing facilities were recently acquired by PCC and provide high precision machined and fabricated components to the commercial and aerospace industry along with anodizing, passivation and other surface treatments. Aircraft platforms currently include the Boeing 737, Airbus A380, Lockheed Martin F-35 and Gulfstream E650. Combined annual sales revenue is in excess of $40 million and growing.
Position Summary:
Level Three - With little or no assistance, a level three machinist will operate: 3-5 axis CNC machines, conventional mills, and lathes. Ability to produce complex aerospace parts. Demonstrates advanced cross training flexibility such as first part run and full machine recovery. Level three machinists have the ability to complete complex setups on 3-5 axis machines. They will be able to apply advanced blueprint and GD&T reading of complex production inspection processes. Level three machinists will also be able to edit programs and write simple programs to make tooling. Competencies include troubleshooting complex parts.
