We are seeking talented individuals to help us build The DNA of tech. Currently, Vishay Barry in Attleboro, MA, is looking for a Machinist IV 3. The role involves setting up, programming, operating, and training on manual and CNC machines, producing complex fixtures, tooling, and components, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting production needs.

Job Location:

Attleboro, MA. This is an on-site position at our 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility with 70 employees across two shifts.

Responsibilities include:

• Producing fixtures, tooling, and components using manual and CNC machines.
• Creating CNC programs from blueprints and specifications, maintaining and improving programs.
• Setting up machines, aligning fixtures, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Training new operators and supporting team members.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Vocational School; higher Machinist education preferred.
• 8+ years as a skilled Class A Machinist with CNC programming experience.
• Experience with microscopes, hand tools, prints, and specifications.
• Manual and CNC machine experience; ERP experience preferred.
