Qualifikationen

• Active student pursuing machining or tool and die specialization.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to commit to 10–12 weeks on-site in Milwaukee.

Aufgaben

• Study blueprints, drawings, or specifications to plan operations for fabricating tools, dies, or assemblies.
• Operate conventional or CNC machine tools to shape parts to prescribed dimensions.
• Collaborate with engineers and external suppliers to resolve design/manufacturability issues.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
• Support interfunctional projects to meet schedule, cost and quality goals.
