Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of G-code preferred.
• Understand and complies with ISO procedures.
• Ability to read routers and blueprint drawings.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines by loading bar stock and unloading parts.
• Perform machine adjustments to achieve the correct dimensions, finishes and quality.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues on the machine as needed.
• Effectively preset tooling prior to placing into machine.
• Perform any necessary machine adjustments or repairs in a safe manner.
• Identify when tooling needs replaced and change tooling effectively.
• Understand and follow work instructions, set-up sheets, routers, inspection plans and be able to properly set-up machines per customer requirements.
• Effectively gauge and measure parts produced
• 5S work area on a daily basis.
• Assist other departments with projects as needed.
• Perform other job duties as assigned by Supervisor.
