Qualifications

Proficiency in basic CNC and manual machining operations.
Ability to read and interpret basic prints and drawings.
Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
Maintain machines and tools; perform preventive maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

Run CNC machines and manual equipment to produce parts, dies, molds, and fixtures.
Set up and operate basic manual machines for part production.
Maintain machines and tools; troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
Read prints, sketch, and design simple process steps.
Complete process and load sheet documentation accurately and on time.
Work under supervision on routine tasks, escalating complex issues to senior Machinists.
Collaborate with team to uphold Watlow values and safety standards.
