Job summary

Force America is seeking a Machinist I for our Manitowoc, WI shop. You will run CNC machines, set up tooling, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a team environment.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading fixtures, adjusting tools, recording data, and performing maintenance as needed; you must read blueprints and maintain quality throughout production processes.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or certification or equivalent work experience.
• 5-8 years of experience running CNC Horizontal machining centers.
• Strong mechanical ability.
• Ability to read Blueprints.

Overview:The Machinist is responsible for running multiple CNC machines efficiently. In order to ensure proper function, machinist review equipment regularly to report any equipment malfunctions, tooling issues, conduct general maintenance tasks while following all safety precautions.
