Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Major Focus: Set up and operate various types of machines to perform machining operations on both solid and porous materials to close tolerances. Fits and assembles where necessary.

This is an in-person position based in Farmington, CT. Compensation package includes base salary, 15% 3rd Shift differential, bonus, and 401k match. This is once in a lifetime opportunity to drive positive change and work in a dynamic, bureaucracy-free environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machining of solid and porous metal products to specifications.
• Machining of high purity porous metal products to meet specifications.
• Straightening and rounding of porous metal products
  
  

Major Challenges:

• Meeting high purity visual & cleanliness requirements.
• Flexibility to change tasks and reprioritize as needed.
  
  

Expected Performance Outcomes:

• Meeting rates for cutting tubes
• J ob transaction accuracy > 80%
• Manufacturing parts that meet with our dimensional and visual quality specifications.
  
  

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical School or 1 to 2 years manufacturing experience in machining.
