Carlson Tool & Manufacturing Corp. is seeking a Machinist on 2nd shift to join our precision machining team. You will receive hands-on training from experienced mentors on CNC-type machines, focusing on safe operation and accurate results.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience or mechanical background required.
• Comfortable with basic measurements and shop math.

• Prior machine drilling and/or CNC machining experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do

As a Machinist on 2nd Shift in our Gun Drilling, Deep Hole, and Honing areas, you’ll receive hands‑on comprehensive training from experienced mentors on the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of CNC type machines.
