Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience or mechanical background required.
• Comfortable with basic measurements and shop math.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior machine drilling and/or CNC machining experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision machines.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust for top quality results.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Communicate openly with trainers and managers, learning from feedback.
• Operate forklifts (training and certification provided).
