Job summary

Hydromat Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to plan, program, and produce parts to tight tolerances on manual and CNC equipment. You will collaborate with a skilled team and grow through hands-on projects and exposure to new technologies.

The role emphasizes self-motivation, safety, and continuous improvement in a climate-controlled shop. First shift with potential 4-day third shift is available, in Missouri.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic machining knowledge.
• 4 years of experience required.
• NIMS credentials level I & II is a plus.
• Ability to program with Mazatrol, Mori Seiki MAPPS III/IV, or MasterCam.

Responsibilities

• Plan, program, and manufacture parts to drawing specifications.

What is the day to day like for a CNC Machinist

• Plan, program, and make parts to meet drawing specifications
• Collaborate with highly skilled machinists to determine the best possible processing for parts requiring multiple operations

What You Need For This Job

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic machining knowledge

4 Years Of Experience Required

• NIMS credentials level I & II is a plus
• Able to program with one of the following or similar: Mazatrol, Mori Seiki MAPPS III and/or Mori Seiki MAPPS IV, or MasterCam
• Self-motivation and project drive while working well in a team environment
• Basic machining tools (micrometer, indicator, and other standard machinist tools)
• Talent to work safely
• Drive to recognize and mitigate any unsafe condition
• Ability select appropriate PPE based on job requirements

Work Schedule

• We generally work first shift Monday-Friday
• Also a position available for a four-day work week on third shift
• Hydromat's workplace is climate controlled through all weather seasons.
