Waukesha-pearce Industries Llc is seeking a skilled Machinist to program, set up, adjust and operate manual and CNC machines. You will study blueprints, use bore gauges, and complete labor and quality documentation. Maintain a clean, safe workspace and perform preventive maintenance as required.

The role involves manual and CNC work under supervision, with duties including inspection, material movement, and reporting. Strong math, blueprint reading, and CNC knowledge are essential for success.

Responsabilités

• Studies blueprints, sketches, drawing and specifications.
• Set-up bore gauges and other inspection equipment.
• Complete all required paperwork including labor reporting and documentation of quality control and material movement.
• Work safely and maintain the work area with high standards of housekeeping.
• Performs required Preventative Maintenance activities on machinery and/or equipment operated.
• Performs manual machining and CNC machining under the direction of Machinist Journeyman or Supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervision.
