You will read blueprints, measure parts with calipers and tape measures, and help ensure product quality through precision workmanship. The role requires 4+ years in a fabrication setting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work across different departments while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience in fabrication/manufacturing.
• Experience using common shop tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to read fabrication-related drawings and work packages.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication work across multiple shop areas including cutting, drilling, grinding, forming, fitting, assembling and finishing.
• Interpret drawings and work packages with attention to precision tolerances.
• Measure precision parts with calibrated instruments and assemble parts per spec.
• Identify and report quality issues, defects, or process concerns.
