Grotnes in Niles, Michigan is looking for a dedicated individual to program and operate CNC machines. The apprenticeship requires a minimum of 8000 hours of on-the-job training over 4 years, including classroom instruction at Lake Michigan College.

Job description

This position programs and operates CNC machines to produce required parts to produce automated machine tools. The apprenticeship will require a minimum of 8000 hours (4 years) of OTJ training and classroom time at LMC (Lake Michigan College). You will be required to learn the operation of both manual and CNC tool room machinery and instruments, to manufacture quality parts and tooling within budgeted hours.
