Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Machinist for a 2nd-shift, job-shop setting. You will set up and operate mills and lathes, read drawings, adjust G/M-code, and inspect your own parts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of job-shop experience, CNC programming, and skills with GD&T, micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges. This role focuses on variety and challenging parts rather than repetitive production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of job-shop machining experience.
• GD&T and blueprint reading proficiency.
• Micrometers, calipers and bore gauges familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate mills and lathes for one-off parts and small runs.
• Read engineering drawings and inspect own work.
• Make G/M-code adjustments as needed.
• Maintain quality and precision in a job-shop environment.
