Noble-X is seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Machine Operators in Amery, WI. This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to transition into a regular full-time role based on business needs and performance.

You will operate production equipment, perform basic quality checks, follow safety instructions, and work as part of a team to meet production goals. Eligible for full-time benefits after conversion; shift 2nd shift 3:00 pm-12:00 am Mon-Thurs;

Qualifications

• 3 years machining experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic quality checks.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Job Title:Machine Operator
Location: Amery, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 pm - 12:00 am Mon. - Thurs.)
Pay Rate:$30-$40/hr (plus Shift Differential of $2/hr) Depending on Experience
Benefits:Eligible for our Full-Time Benefits Package (medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid vacation and sick time)
Position Type: Long-Term Temporary (approximately 12 months) with potential for regular full-time hire
