Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years in Formed Products or machine operator experience preferred.
• Able to read/write and perform basic math.
• Able to read blueprints and use gauge equipment.
• Capable of lifting 80 lbs and pushing/pulling 200 lbs; standing and bending.
• Skilled in operation of power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of assigned machines and perform set-ups.
• Adjust tooling and diagnose problems for engineering review.
• Record data for Data Collection per procedures.
• Maintain quality through visual inspection and gauging during processing.
• Keep tooling and workspace clean and in good condition.
• Communicate progress and problems to supervisor.
• Train less skilled personnel in the department.
