Job summary

Luvata Ohio, Inc. in Delaware, Ohio, is seeking a motivated individual for 2nd or 3rd shift to operate and set up forming/machining equipment. You will monitor quality, read routings, and document measurements to support efficient production of high-quality components.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years in a machine-operator role, and proficiency with micrometers, rulers, and gauges. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Two years' experience in Formed Products/Machine operator role.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines and perform set-ups as required.
• Diagnose and document problems for engineering evaluation.
• Read routings and record data for Data Collection.
• Maintain quality through visual inspection and measurement checks.
• Keep tooling and area clean; support safe work practices.
• Assist in training less skilled personnel.
