Job summary

Helios Technologies in Mishawaka, IN requests a CNC Machinist to handle full setup and operation of CNC mills, interpreting blueprints and GD&T to produce precision components.

Responsibilities include selecting tooling, setting offsets, dialing in programs, and in-process inspections. You’ll work 2nd or 3rd shift with occasional Saturday work, participate in a quarterly STI program, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes.

• Proven experience with CNC setup (mills preferred, lathes welcome).
• Strong blueprint reading and tolerance understanding.
• Confidence using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your machine.

Job Location: Daman Products - Mishawaka, IN 46545

Salary Range: $25.00 - $35.00 Hourly

Shift

• 2nd or 3rd Shift (Off-Shift Opportunity)
• 2nd Shift Hours: 3PM – 11PM Monday - Friday with some Saturday work as needed.
• 3rd Shift Hours: 11PM – 7AM Sunday - Thursday with some Friday work as needed.

Pay Range: $25 – 35/hour (based on experience and capability) plus Shift Differential ($2.50/HR).
