Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client in Huntington Beach is seeking Machine Operators to operate packaging equipment, load/unload rolls, prepare samples, and perform set-ups, with safety and quality focus.

Shifts are available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Pay range is $21.00–$22.50 per hour, with weekend work required and growth opportunities within a reputable manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work at least one weekend day per week.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, production instructions, and technical drawings.
• Experience performing machine set-ups and routine equipment checks.
• Strong quality awareness and ability to communicate production issues.

Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in vacuum bagging and composite tooling materials, is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join their dynamic team.

Job Title: Machine Operators

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Pay Range: $21.00 to $22.50 an hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

What's the Job?

• Operate equipment to package roll material from the winder according to work order instructions
• Load and unload rolls safely while following established safety protocols
• Prepare samples of finished products and print/apply labels for customer shipments
• Perform machine set-ups and adjustments following standard operating procedures and work order requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies

What's Needed?
