Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing or related environment.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, production instructions and drawings.
• Experience with machine set-ups, adjustments, and routine checks.
• Ability to package finished rolls per customer specs and work orders.
• Strong quality awareness and ability to communicate issues during manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to package roll material from the winder per work orders.
• Load and unload rolls safely while following safety protocols.
• Prepare samples and print/apply labels for shipments.
• Perform machine set-ups and adjustments per SOPs and work orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per company policies.
