Position Description

We are looking for a motivated, dependable Machinist to join our team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of manual and CNC equipment, producing precision components for multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes, manual mills, and CNC milling machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining challenges and maintain quality standards.
• Work independently and collaboratively with our team.

Qualifications

• Technical training, a machining certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
• Experience with manual and/or CNC machining.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with Mazak or Southwestern Industries (TRAK) equipment is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25-$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications (negotiable).
• 80 hours of paid holidays annually.
• 120 hours of paid vacation annually.
• Paid lunch breaks, plus company-provided lunch every Thursday.
