a division of Wall Colmonoy, manufactures turbine engine components such as turbine nozzles, vanes, complete turbine engines (both manufacturing and repair), diffusers, honeycomb seals and segments, heat shields, and parts for various turbomachinery.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Operate mills (Doosan, Haas, Makino) and lathes (Femco, Haas, Okuma, Romi, manual, VTL)
2. Perform machine set-up
3. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications
4. Read gauges and other inspection equipment to confirm conformity and accuracy of work
5. Determine the best machining methods and sequence of operations
6. Hold tight dimensional tolerances
7. Run multiple machines concurrently
8. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment affecting quality, productivity, or safety
9. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency

Qualifications and Experience
