At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, with a commitment to transparency in our pay practices. The starting estimated hourly base pay rate for this position is $22.25 per hour. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility criteria.
Are you passionate about Machining? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Metal Finishing Operations department. As a Machinist, you’ll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. In this job, you will primarily be responsible for operating automated and manual machines as part of a sheet metal processing cell. Machines include automated punching, forming and laser cutting machines as well as manual and automated hydraulic press brakes. You will be working in a production environment where all jobs have a measured standard production rate and you will be held accountable for the quality of your work. Most tasks require good hand/eye coordination and a full range of motion of both hands and arms on a regular and repetitive basis.
