Machinist Overview: The Machinist position is responsible for the set-up and operation of various types of conventional and CNC machine shop equipment inclusive of, but not limited to, manual lathes, manual mills, CNC machining centers, Cylindrical Grinders, etc. to produce complex, tight tolerance products. The individual in this role will actively participate in documentation creation and review, troubleshooting, continuous improvement. Additionally, they will advise on equipment selection, set-up/operation, and maintenance. The incumbent must be an individual who can multi-task and perform various machine shop related activities, in a manner that complies with all company requirements with little supervision. This position is at our Chaska, MN office location. Many of our contracts require proof that you are a U.S. citizen and/or that an export license has been obtained for employees who are citizens of certain countries.
