Starting Rate of Pay: $24.20/hour

Work Schedule: Day Shift - Monday-Friday

Job Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate machine shop equipment and hand tools according to prints, drawings, and specifications.
2. Perform repetitive work using fixtures, machine stops, and indexing devices to control tolerances.
3. Assist lower-level operators in developing skills to produce parts to specifications.
4. Develop operation sequences, select tooling, and adjust work support based on work and material characteristics.
5. Use measuring equipment to set up, operate, and verify work.
6. Seek guidance on setup and operation issues as needed under supervision.
7. Maintain reports on work orders, production quantities, and repair records.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Ability to understand and follow basic commands in English.
• Basic math skills, ability to use a calculator, read a tape measure, and calipers.
