Job Summary:

Join Pratt & Whitney's Columbus Forge team as a Machining Working Lead and play a key role in leading daily machining operations that support some of the world's most advanced aerospace products. In this role, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, serving as a subject matter expert, troubleshooting manufacturing challenges, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and helping develop the next generation of machinists while ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are achieved.

This is a 1st Shift position: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm

What You Will Do:

• Lead by example on the production floor by providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and helping resolve machining and process-related issues.
• Support daily manufacturing operations by completing production transactions, maintaining work-in-process status, coordinating tools and supplies, and promoting a safe, organized work environment
