Job summary

Doosan Bobcat NA US is seeking a Manufacturing Technician - Machining to support advanced machining operations, process development, testing, and continuous improvement. You will work with engineering and operations teams to optimize machining processes and assist with prototype builds.

The role offers hands-on exposure to manufacturing technologies and a path to contribute to safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements across the facility.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent.
• CAM software experience strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills and willingness to use them.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing or product development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret prints to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Program and troubleshoot equipment (laser, press brake, machining centers, robots).
• Study specs and plan sequence of operations for processes.
• Assist in selecting and implementing machines and tools to reduce cost.
• Write work instructions and train operators on new processes.
