Doosan Bobcat is seeking a hands-on Process Analyst to support development, testing, and improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, and products at the Gwinner facility. You will work with engineering and operations to boost safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency using advanced manufacturing technologies and robotics.

Formación

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical skills and hands-on abilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical demand includes heavy lifting and repeated exertion.
• 0-2 years of experience typical; travel<10%.
• Manufacturing or product development experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret prints to ensure parts and machines meet specs.
• Recommend design modifications for process, safety, quality, and cost.
• Collaborate with departments during prototype and pilot builds to ensure specs.
• Program and troubleshoot equipment (laser, press brake, machining centers, robots).
• Plan sequences of operations for manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate and help implement machines, tools, and equipment to improve quality and reduce cost.
• Investigate manufacturing problems and implement corrective actions on the shop floor.
• Assist with project implementation and startup support.
• Apply engineering procedures to establish standards for manpower, material, and equipment use.
