You will manage changeovers, perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep production on schedule. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 years of experience, blueprint literacy, and strong math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years operating and maintaining automatic machines.
• Able to read blueprints and positional tolerance.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to use gauges accurately.
• Able to read procedures and work instructions.
• Advanced math skills to calculate angles and stack ups.
• Effective communication of technical information.
• Lock-out tag-out certification required within 1 year.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb.
• No disciplinary write-ups in last 6 months.
• Attendance history compliant with policy and performance reviews.
• Must pass applicable assessments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain 2+ machines in two classes (Screw, Rotary, Davenport) at 80% productivity.
• Complete independent measurements and calculate stackups.
• Set shaves, thread rolls, chases, mill cutters and other tooling across classes.
• Perform changeovers and attachment settings for complex family jobs.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Pull schedules and generate run attainment reports.
• Operate crane for loading/unloading material.
• Preserve accurate records and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
