Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Typically 1-3 years of manufacturing experience or a technical certification/degree.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, process sheets, and basic manufacturing prints.

Responsibilities

Obtain job assignments from Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform basic machine setups and adjustments within procedures.
Load and unload material and position parts for processing.
Interpret work orders and process documentation.
Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet quality specs.
Use inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, comparators, surface finish testers).
Apply basic shop mathematics and troubleshoot equipment/processes.
Maintain clean, safe work area and participate in 6S housekeeping.
Communicate issues to Lead/Supervisor/Manager.
